This is my first and LAST experience with this company! I forked out $281 for hair that was claimed to be human. Honestly, it’s the worst quality synthetic hair I’ve ever come across. It looked decent in the package, but after paying for a professional installation, it just won’t curl or straighten; it turned into a fuzzy, matted disaster by day one! I’ve had better luck with $25 synthetic hair from the local beauty supply. I’m really let down.

As for customer service, it’s like they don’t exist. I’ve tried everything—emailing, calling, texting, hitting them up on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and even the chat feature on their website. Absolutely NO RESPONSE!

This company is a total scam. My order ended up at the wrong place, so it got sent back. As soon as I realized what happened, I reached out to Klarna, the third-party service, to let them know about the return, and they put a hold on the payments. In the meantime, I went ahead and reordered the hair and paid in full. When I informed Allove about the returned package, they warned me that they might not give a refund unless I closed the 'dispute' with Klarna. But it wasn’t a dispute; I just let them know about the return and shared the tracking details. This isn’t how business should be done. Watch out, folks! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I really can't trust this company. They didn't send me the wig I asked for. The HD lace? It's definitely not what I expected. You can't even see a part on the wig. I thought I was getting a 30-inch wig, but it’s more like a 22 or 24 inch. I've reached out to them, but still no reply. Those reviews you see? Totally fake, don’t get fooled and steer clear of this place. This is my first and last order with them. The only good thing I can say is that the hair feels soft.

The color is fantastic! I've received tons of compliments! It sheds very little and keeps curls nicely! If you're into vibrant colors, this wig is definitely for you! The lace is incredible and blends seamlessly!

I definitely won't be purchasing from this place again, nor would I suggest it to anyone. Seriously, I can't figure out how there are so many glowing reviews—gotta be fake, right? I ordered a 22-inch wig, expecting to get what I paid for, but they sent me a 16-inch one instead. They suggested I either sell it to a buddy or take an 8£ refund. Absolutely ridiculous!
